I've got to honest, Going to Farm & Tractor Supply on a Weekend, while, useful, doesn't fill my heart with joy, I mean, hauling sacks of chicken food down the aisle, It's not really a hobby, BUT since I discovered that little Blue Food Cart tucked away in their parking lot, Things have changed, Now I need to find an excuse to go there, It's turned it from a chore to an event!
Why? The food & service is AWESOME! My Favorite Burrito, The food was perfect, My wife has some dairy allergies & isn't good with hot spices, They were super accommodating, with a burrito bowl with a mango salsa instead of picante, It was perfect!
Fast service warm & friendly
I'll be back! Often!!

We were in town for the chess tournament, and was recommended by the local to look for “THE blue taco truck “ and there we went looking . We went back twice in few hours this is how good they are ! Very well balanced : color , texture and taste . You can tell the owner really cook with passion and use the best ingredients to feed our soul ( okie , our tummy :) lucky for those who live in Junction city / Eugene !!!! We hope to come back again to support even if it means 4 hours drive !!! . Thank you so much for the absolute yumminess today!!!

Azuls is hands down the best food cart in Junction City. If you enjoy delicious and fresh Mexican food it is a must try. The green and red salsas are both good. The staff is friendly and the wait short.
The picture is the Colombian Empanada plate which was crispy and perfectly seasoned.

I love this place. Had lunch for the first time yesterday, it won't be the last! Barbacoa was flavorful and just perfect. Other ingredients tasted fresh. Bonus points, their spicy is actually spicy. They have red and green salsa....they say the red is spicy and they're not kidding. Most places tell you it's spicy and it's barely above medium....not here.
This is a wonderful spot, I'm going to make it my mission to eat through the whole menu.

Super friendly bunch of people. I think it’s the most flavorful Mexican food I’ve had in Oregon and I love that when you ask for spicy you actually get spicy. The owner is from Michoacán. I will make sure that anytime I go to the McKenzie River to kayak, I will come through so I can eat here!!
