While my truck was being repaired at the nearby Freightliner dealer, I walked over to Coburg Crossing Café, which is attached to the TA truck stop. It’s a classic diner with a nostalgic, welcoming feel—like stepping back into the good old days. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The coffee was good and hot. I had the corned beef hash and eggs, which were cooked perfectly—nice and crispy hash with the eggs done just right. Overall, a satisfying breakfast. My server, Lisa, was attentive and friendly. I sat at the bar, and a couple of locals were sitting right across from me. We had a nice conversation that added to the experience. Places like this have that genuine, old-school vibe with good food and friendly people. If you’re in the area, especially at the TA truck stop, it’s worth stopping in. I’ll stop by again next time I’m passing through. Safe travels! 🇺🇸💪🏻🚛🎉

Always A GREAT SPOT! Wish it was open 24 hrs for that great food any time of night, but the truck parking is limited and so I can see why they aren't. Good specials and never had a bad meal here! Very friendly!

Last time I was at this trick stop was back in January 2025. I stop here again in June 2026 think it was gonna be a good meal and I walked away hungry and disappointed. I remember the food was good and they even had a salad bar where you could make your own salad. Well, not anymore. I walked in and sat down. 5 mins later a lady comes and asks for my drink, I said just water. It took her about 15 mins to bring me the water glass and then after 5 mins of waiting on her to come get my order o finally stood up and left. I saw another driver do exactly the same thing. This business is failing big time.

Great place great people great cooks great hosts! The ladies provided excellent service! Even brewed me a fresh pot of decaf! 10/10 establishment clean and quiet. The food is that good! Reminds me of waking up at grandmas house and having breakfast. A low touch of country music would complete the vibe. This place is a gem! Respect the spot!

Made the short trip up I5 to have a fantastic breakfast at Coburg Crossings Cafe. Usually, I start with the food - but when the service is this good, you gotta call it out. Our waitress was so nice, the manager was here there and everywhere with a big smile on his face. Regualrs were greeted by name and first-time dinners (like us) were welcomed with open arms. They were all in a great mood and quick to help. Everything we had was well made and delicious. The eggs Benny had good flavor and egg was poached a little over but still good. The gravy was so very tasty on the biscuits as well as the chicken fried steak. And the chicken fried steak was massive and so crispy. Everyone had hashbrowns and they all came out crispy and golden. The parking lot is a little awkward but still easy to navigate. The restrooms are cleaned and well kept - though shared with the actual truck stop.
