How magnificent it was. Two strangers walk into an unsuspecting coffee shop. Really, Darling, there was very little danger. Perhaps a stray mocha run amok. Or a salmon cake pop mysteriously arriving in the Winter snow. The Dear Young Ladies who took and prepared our order went above and beyond in preparing our strange brew. I for one will never forget. I do hope a raise your way comes your way
I come here for the coffee but stay for the service. John is my all time favorite barista and is always greeting me with a genuine smile. I would go out of my way to pick this Starbucks simply for his top tier service!
I didn't like my coffeee I ordered! I picked a new coffee thought I would enjoy but I didn't! I had no problem returning for the coffee I did like ! The staff was amazing an very easy an helpful! Thank u for making my evening better with coffee!
Jill and Lima were to busy talking over their headsets to notice me when I was getting my coffee. Never looked up or smiled and she just pushed my drinks at me and didn’t say a word. Jill was the barista. Then I asked like 4 times for a drink carrier but she was once again chatting about stuff over the headset to Lima. Then finally I got her attention and I said thank you twice when I left and she said nothing. I’m an ex barista, shift and assistant manager from Starbucks for 7 years and I was always told connect with customers. Very dissatisfied and not worth paying $17 for coffee.
i hate to sound like a karen but i just came into this store and asked for a ham and swiss panini, and i word for word said “2 large caramel macchiatos iced with extra caramel drizzle and a few extra pumps of vanilla”. when we got to the window i double checked to make sure she got 2 drinks not just 1 because the order total was not as much as it was supposed to be. she didn’t get down two drinks, she only got one so she had to correct it, then she goes to hand us the drinks and they were hot. so i said no those were iced, so she takes them back and remakes them, and when she comes back they are iced, but have NO caramel in them. like at all. i don’t know how it’s possible to mess up a drink order that much but wow that’s just hysterical. i’m a barista myself and the people who work here clearly don’t know what they’re doing. and we also had to wait about 15 minutes in line when it wasn’t busy at all, and they didn’t put the stickers on our drinks, probably because they knew they messed up. this experience makes me angry. $20 down the drain, i regret tipping you guys.
