Little quantity of beans and meat. Almost no chips. This is supposed to be a beefy melt burrito but more like a bean burrito with mostly tortia. This was the third time this has happened. The gut at the window said he was sick and seemed sick. He said he did not go to school but showed up to work. Not very smart in the food industry also during the pandemic.
Today was very busy with short staff. The manager had to close the lobby. I watched the crew run around, doing their best to make everything right for all the customers. This location is one of my favorite locations. They are above and beyond at customer interaction and service.
Went inside to order and they asked me if I wanted supreme. The order number was for supreme. Got my order and headed out to continue on my way. Checked the order. It was wrong. When went back the cashier say "oh, you wanted supreme?". Said yes and showed her the receipt which said supreme. Had to wait again and checked order the second time, just in case. I still had a hour drive home. Will not stop at this location again.
First, I love Taco Bell. It's time for corporate to step in. The mgmt. of this location or district needs more training or to be dismissed. Everyone understands short staffed but they're not keeping the customers 1st. Communication is easy. [Message on the phone line, Sign on the door] Not always what we want to hear but now you're thinking of me. Products are also hard to find. What's going to be their answer to that?
Went through the drive through around 8:30 p.m one night, the staff huffed and puffed the entire time I was waiting at the window. While I had a large order as I was feeding a family of 9, most were soft tacos. I chalked it up to them being young. It also seems like they make up whatever hours they wanna be open. It lists it as open from morning till 12 a.m. however I’ve driven by in attempt to maybe pickup breakfast at 9 a.m. and they are closed, or they are closed early throughout the night.
